Cité Concept warranties
Our models and the name of the range are registered and protected at the INPI, and we guarantee the ownership of the design.
The support frames of our planimeters are guaranteed for ten years, except of course for external events such as being hit by a vehicle. The profiles are made of aluminium, using our own plant. We guarantee the quality of these profiles, which are infinitely recyclable. Generally speaking, we can guarantee a supply of spare parts for the full life cycle of all our furniture: passenger shelters, planimeters, etc.
The coating is guaranteed for two years, when maintenance recommendations are observed. We can warranty this item for five years, on special request at the latest at the time of the quotation, in order to have any added value quantified by the coater, from whom we will request a certificate for this job, to pass on to the customer. On the other hand, it is very difficult to guarantee a real anti-graffiti effect, although it is possible to request reinforced protection during the coating stage.
Our furniture including electrical components complies with the NFC 17 200 standard, and an inspection office has verified this compliance.
Our recommendations and anchoring systems are designed to comply with the storm and snow standards resulting from the 1999 storm. However, this does not exempt the installer from carrying out an examination of the ground surface and making special arrangements themselves or contacting us if the ground surface does not have all the appropriate characteristics.
Of course we respect the statutory warranty for hidden defects of articles 1641 et seq. of the civil code.
Finally, we do not use chemicals that fall under the REACH regulation, and we have verified that our suppliers and/or subcontractors comply with this regulation.
